Hi, I’m Patrick
I’m a Product Design Manager based in Dublin, Ireland, with over a decade of experience designing digital products and building high-performing design teams. My work centers around creating thoughtful, user-centered experiences—and empowering others to do the same.
Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a belief that great design comes from great teams. I’ve had the privilege of hiring, mentoring, and leading designers across a variety of industries, helping shape both the products we build and the culture we create while building them.
What I Do
Team Leadership: I’ve built and led design teams from the ground up, creating environments where designers can thrive and do their best work.
Design Operations: From hiring pipelines to design reviews, I put systems in place that support consistency, growth, and creativity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: I work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align around user needs and business goals.
Mentorship & Development: Coaching is a big part of how I lead—I invest in helping designers grow their skills and careers.

My leadership style is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and clarity. I believe that building trust and autonomy within a team leads to better ideas, stronger execution, and ultimately, more meaningful experiences for users.
